The total modern office stock currently adds up to 4.344.580 m2, consisting of 3.546.390 m2 category ‘A’ and ‘B’ speculative office space as well as 798.190 m2 owner occupied space. The office vacancy rate increased to 13,2 % which represents a 2,2 pps yearly increase – compared to the previous year. Despite declining market dynamics, average rents in existing class “A” offices stayed stable while rental conditions became more flexible and incentives increased.
