The total modern industrial stock stood at 5.090.570 m2 at the end of the 4th quarter, of which 3.448.830 m2 is logistic in the greater Budapest area and 1.602.750 m2 regional Hungary logistics. The greater Budapest vacancy rate stands at 8,6%, showing a 470 pps yearly increase – compared to previous year.
The headline rents remained stable, existing big-box rents are between € 4,5 – 5,5 / m2, new development rents are between € 4,6 – 5,5 / m2, while the highest rents we see at city logistics € 5,5 – 7 / m2.
