The total modern industrial stock stood at 2.733.870 m2 at the end of the fourth quarter, of which 2.419.555 m2 is logistic parks and 314.210 m2 City logistics. The vacancy rate droped at 3,2%, showing a 123 pps yearly increase – compared to previous year. The headline rents remained stable, existing big-box rents are between € 4,4-4,7/m2, new development rents are between € 4,6-4,9/m2 , while the highest rents we see at city logistics € 5,25 – 5,75/m2.
