The total modern industrial stock stands at 5.292.750 m2, of which 3.628.840 m2 is logistic in the greater Budapest area and 1.663.910 m2 is country-side logistics in Hungary. The greater Budapest vacancy rate stands at 9,6%, showing a 0,4 pp lower rate – compared to previous year.
The headline rents remained stable, existing big-box rents are between € 4,5 – 5,5 / m2, new development rents are between € 4,6 – 5,5 / m2, while the highest rents we see at city logistics € 5,5 – 7 / m2.
