The total modern industrial stock stood at 5.047.330 m2 at the end of the 3rd quarter, of which 3.447.460 m2 is logistic in the greater Budapest area and 1.599.870 m2 regional Hungary logistics. The greater Budapest vacancy rate stands at 10,0%, showing a 510 pps yearly increase – compared to previous year.
The headline rents remained stable, existing big-box rents are between € 4,5 – 5,5 / m2, new development rents are between € 4,6 – 5,5 / m2, while the highest rents we see at city logistics € 5,5 – 7 / m2.
