The total modern industrial stock stood at 4.490.200 m2 at the end of the second quarter, of which 2.713.510 m2 is logistic parks and 363.260 m2 City logistics. The vacancy rate droped to 4,9%, showing a 1,4 pps yearly increase – compared to previous year. The headline rents remained stable, existing big-box rents are between € 4,5-5,5/m2, new development rents are between € 4,6-5,5/m2, while the highest rents we see at city logistics € 5,5-7/m2.
