The total modern industrial stock stood at 4.814.000 m2 at the end of the first quarter, of which 3.306.740 m2 is logistic in the greater Budapest area and 1.507.260 m2 regional Hungary logistics. The Budapest vacancy rate stands at 8,6%, showing a 270 pps yearly increase – compared to previous year.
The headline rents remained stable, existing big-box rents are between € 4,5 – 5,5 / m2, new development rents are between € 4,6 – 5,5 / m2, while the highest rents we see at city logistics € 5,5 – 7 / m2.
