The total modern industrial stock stood at 4.307.950 m2 at the end of the second quarter, of which 2.927.900 m2 is logistic parks and 358.360 m2 City logistics. The vacancy rate increased to 6,4%, showing a 2,3 pps yearly increase – compared to previous year. The headline rents remained stable, existing big-box rents are between € 4,5-5,5/m2, new development rents are between € 4,6-5,5/m2, while the highest rents we see at city logistics € 5,5-7/m2.
