The total modern industrial stock stood at 5.103.595 m2, of which 3.522.155 m2 is logistic in the greater Budapest area and 1.581.440 m2 regional Hungary logistics. The greater Budapest vacancy rate stands at 8,9%, showing a 3% yearly increase – compared to previous year.
The headline rents remained stable, existing big-box rents are between € 4,5 – 5,5 / m2, new development rents are between € 4,6 – 5,5 / m2, while the highest rents we see at city logistics € 5,5 – 7 / m2.
