The total modern industrial stock stood at 4.729.935 m2 at the end of the first quarter, of which 3.241.150 m2 is logistic in the greater Budapest area and 1.488.785 m2 regional Hungary logistics. The vacancy rate stands at 5,9%, showing a 170 pps yearly increase – compared to previous year.
The headline rents remained stable, existing big-box rents are between € 4,5 – 5,5 / m2, new development rents are between € 4,6 – 5,5 / m2, while the highest rents we see at city logistics € 5,5 – 7 / m2.
