How are we different from real estate brokers?
We are not real estate brokers. We are advisors who focus on serving clients of various company size - from SMEs to blue chips, domestic or international businesses - who occupy a leased or an owned property. We represent and build relationships with the decision-makers – the CEO, the CFO, the HR Director, the Facility Director and the Operations Director. We evaluate their needs in order to best represent their interests during the negotiations with the landlord. We set up leasing contracts with the most favourable conditions, and we conduct transactions in the most transparent way.
